To start my research I have created mood boards just focusing on weapons, specifically lances. I've looked at real lances and lances from games as I'll want a nice balance of being believable and being my own design.
Next set of mood boards was looking at armour, I'm aiming to design armour that could be plausible but also fits in well with the game.
After that I decided to make Mood Boards of all the Demacian champions to make sure I create a character that fits in and follows any themes:
